We’re dedicated to creating connection and community, and to bringing yoga and mindfulness to anyone seeking a healthy and balanced life. We believe that through movement we ultimately create happier, healthier people, who are connected to themselves and others.
We also provide Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. Ayurvedic Yoga Massage combines deep tissue massage with assisted stretching, mobilisations, tractions and breathwork. This powerful combination helps the client to fully relax, and allows for a transformative, remedial experience.

T’ai chi
T’ai chi is a gentle form of exercise, originating in ancient China, in which slow, flowing movements are combined with deep breathing in order to cultivate the inner energy of the body of chi. T’ai chi has physical health benefits and also mental and spiritual aspects. In these classes we will be practicing the Lee style T’ai Chi form.
Thursdays, 10.30 a.m. - 11.30 a.m.
Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome, & the cost will be £6.00 per session

Soundbath
Soundology Sessions is offering monthly yin yoga, Yoga Nidra and soundbath workshops in our space.
The class will begin with a gentle Yin practice, reducing stress and providing restoration for the body and mind.
We’ll then move gently to a place of stillness and rest for the practice of Yoga Nidra, before enjoying the healing frequencies of the Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, and chimes, to create powerful multi-layered pulses of sound to induce a deep meditative and peaceful state, clarity of mind and a providing soothing effect on the sympathetic nervous system.

A weekly Thursday evening class using yoga and natural movement techniques to counteract the effects of a modern lifestyle. We’ll use a range of techniques to release and mobilise in order to find ease and build resilience in your body. It's accessible but effective work! Women's Yoga for Relaxation
Sunday Women’s circle and gentle yoga - see website for dates
Discover space and find ease in your body in these monthly Sunday sessions. Together we will practise a range of gentle yoga techniques including movement, breathwork, meditation and sound to nourish your nervous system, balance your hormones and leave you feeling truly supported and restored. ‘Having worked as a nurse for many years, I needed a new challenge and decided to train as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.
